What is the refund/exchange policy?
Tickets for shows and events at VyStar Pavilion may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or by using the Ticketmaster App on your mobile device.
No refunds or exchanges unless an event is rescheduled or canceled. If an event is rescheduled or canceled at VyStar Pavilion, please contact the original point of purchase for refund details. In the event that a show cancels, Ticketmaster’s turnaround time for processing refunds is 30 days. For other ticketing-related questions or concerns, please contact Ticketmaster support at help.ticketmaster.com
What are the acceptable forms of payment?
VyStar Pavilion is a cashless facility. Fans can pay for tickets using a valid debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or mobile contactless payments (example includes Apple Pay and google pay).

What is mobile entry?
We are a mobile entry facility. Physical tickets will not be printed by the VyStar Pavilion ticket office. VyStar Pavilion uses digital tickets for mobile entry to access the arena for most events. Digital tickets are a mobile form of ticket delivery from Ticketmaster. A digital ticket contains a QR code that is accessible using the TM App from the App Store or the TM App from Google Play on your smartphone. Guests present their phones at the gate with the QR code visible.
I purchased a ticket from another website. Is it valid?
VyStar Pavilion Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket vendors for all ticketed events taking place at VyStar Pavilion. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. VyStar Pavilion is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you may run the risk of purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The only authorized ticket resale service for VyStar Pavilion event tickets is Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange. Ticket Exchange is an online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. More information on Ticket Exchange.
All-In Ticket Pricing
- Transparency in Pricing: The price displayed during the seat selection process now reflects the total cost, including all fees, ensuring fans know exactly what they will pay before completing their purchase. Please note, sales tax will be added at checkout.
- No Impact on Existing Tickets: Tickets purchased prior to today’s rollout will remain unaffected. The All-In Pricing model applies only to new purchases made from this date forward.
- No Change in Ticket Prices: The introduction of All-In Pricing does not alter the base ticket prices. The change solely affects the presentation of fees during the online purchasing process. This also includes pricing for season tickets and premium packaging.

In-Person Purchases: Fans who prefer to buy tickets in person at the Vystar Pavilion or Johnny Mercer Theatre Ticket Offices will not incur any online Ticketmaster service fees.
